This document establishes the conditions, exclusions, and limits governing participation in the Texashobnobber platform, as well as the interpretation of terms used in commercial agreements and corporate events. Its purpose is to avoid ambiguities and establish a clear reference framework for all parties involved.
A certified company is considered any legal entity that has completed the technical audit process, commercial background review, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards required by Texashobnobber. Certification does not imply endorsement or guarantee of commercial results.
Business rounds organized by Texashobnobber are in-person or virtual meeting spaces where participants exchange commercial information. They do not constitute financial, legal, or technical advice. Each company is responsible for its own negotiations and agreements.
The certified supplier directory is a consultation tool for platform members. The published information is provided by the companies themselves and has not been fully verified by Texashobnobber, except for certification data.
All materials, brands, logos, and content generated by Texashobnobber are its exclusive property. Members do not acquire any ownership rights over such materials, except for limited use licenses for operational purposes.
Texashobnobber acts solely as a facilitator of contacts and events. Under no circumstances shall it be liable for losses, direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or any harm arising from commercial relationships established through the platform.
Texashobnobber reserves the right to modify these definitions and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members at least thirty days in advance and will be considered accepted if no written objection is received within that period.
